Kiwi is an extremely handsome two-and-a-half-year-old black male with bags of personality. Kiwi was brought to the Mayhew after his original owner abandoned him with a friend. At first, Kiwi was exceptionally temperamental and despite our efforts to reassure him he found his upheaval very stressful.
Kiwi has since been allowed to roam around the Home and has become a completely different cat. Kiwi has become tolerant of other cats and enjoys playing with anything he can find in our staffroom here at the Mayhew. Kiwi can be very loving and demanding of attention when he wants but being the independent feline that he is, this is on his own terms and he will let you know when he has had enough.
