Hi, I’m Louis! I’m a 12-year-old Tom and I’ve been here in the Mayhew for quite some time now. When I first arrived I was injured after living stray, but with some treatment and plenty of TLC I settled in here nicely and now spend most of my days in a sleepy daydream or calling out for some attention!
I’m a quirky feline with bags of personality and face full of character. I’m very fond of people and other cats and I’m not shy to talk to them and ask for a bit of love! Once I’ve got you, don’t make any plans as I’ll settle on your lap and happily lie there for hours!
I’m a simple fellow and I’m content with the simple things in life. I’m a gentle, loving, charming and well-behaved feline – in fact, I think I’ve become a bit of a favourite amongst the humans in here!
Unfortunately, I’m a bit poorly. I’ve got heart problems that the vet is monitoring and I suffer with recurring ear troubles. This means I do need a fair bit of medical attention and regular trips to the vet.
What I’m looking for is a long-term foster home in a nice laid-back environment, with an owner who is able to keep me in touch with the Mayhew so the vet can continue to monitor my progress. Once my condition is more stable, I’d love my new owner to adopt me permanently!
