I'm a twelve month old female mixed breed who arrived at The Mayhew after being picked up as a stray. I'm a very friendly and sweet natured girl. I get along well with everyone I meet and I'm good with children of all ages, I also get on very well with other dogs and cats. Because I came to The Mayhew without a previous history my carers don't know if I'm toilet trained or how long I can be left alone for without problems. My carers have said I'm a very easy dog who learns very quickly. I can be homed to a first time owner providing they have researched the responsibility and commitment involved in caring for a dog, and are willing to take me to training classes. I'm gentle and affectionate and will make a wonderful addition to any family. I will need a minimum of one to two hours of off lead exercise everyday and will require someone to play games with me on a regular basis. My new guardians will be taking on a fifteen-year commitment, which must not be taken lightly.
