I'm a five-month-old male mixed breed who will grow to be a medium sized dog. I came to The Mayhew with my brothers and sisters because my owner had too many dogs to cope with. I haven't received the proper training and socialisation that a young pup needs, however with plenty of love and attention from my new guardians I will soon catch up. I will also need to learn all the basic commands and will need to attend training classes.
My new guardians will have owned medium sized dogs before and will be knowledgeable about dogs. I will need two thirty-minute gentle off-lead outings per day while young, building up to one to two hours once fully grown. I could live with a dog confident cat, children of 12 years and upwards and would benefit from living with another dog who is both confident and well-behaved to help me on my way. My new guardians will be taking on a fifteen-year commitment, which must not be taken lightly.
