Electra

 

Hi, I’m the lovely Electra and I’m a beautiful 1 ½ year old tabby female. Unfortunately this isn’t my first visit to The Mayhew. Originally I was found stray as a young kitten and although I found a home I was unfortunately returned because my owners were concerned I wasn’t happy.

I’m a really sweet natured girl with a very gentle attitude. I can be quite shy on occasions but generally I enjoy people’s company and love a good tickle behind the ears and a nice tummy rub. I’m a young girl so I’ve got lots of energy and therefore love playing and chasing my toys.

When I was a young kitten I did have a congenital incontinence problem. This has improved tremendously since I was a kitten but my new owner will need to be prepared for occasional accidents. In my previous home I had restricted access around the house because of this which is why they were concerned about my happiness.

I’m such a lovely girl who has already had two homes in such a short period of time. I can’t wait to settle and find a committed and loving home for myself. I’d suit a patient and loving household with a lovely garden. I’m very intrigued by other cats but can get easily intimidated so I could possibly live with another cat who would suit my temperament.
