Hi, My name’s Jazz and I’m a gorgeous 3 ½-year-old female who came to The Mayhew because my new owners had a new baby and I didn’t cope very well with the adjustment. Sadly this isn’t my first visit to The Mayhew, so I’m desperately seeking a committed forever home that I can spend the rest of my life in.

I found the change in my environment very stressful when I first arrived at The Mayhew and reacted by not letting anyone near me and would greet anyone who did get near me with caution.

I’m currently staying in a foster home where I’m starting to relax a bit. I’m proving to be a bit of a bossy madam who likes to let people know that cats rule! I can be very playful and affectionate at times but I have a habit of getting bored quickly and can get a bit temperamental when I’ve decided I’ve had enough. I do like to keep you on your toes and change my mind quickly so it doesn’t take me long before I’m demanding to be stroked again.

I’m looking for an adult household with a confident and experienced cat owner. I enjoy TLC but I would also need a companion who can appreciate my own space when I need it. I miss being able to go outside so I can’t wait for a nice garden for me to enjoy.
