Find Me A Home: Billy Billy is one of the most affectionate cats The Mayhew has ever met. He wants to be in human company as much as possible, is a real lap cat and goes into a complete trance when he's being cuddled. 
Billy would suit a home where he will not be left alone too much. He is fine to be homed with confident cats but not with cats that are nervous. He definitely cannot be homed with any dogs as he has displayed aggression towards canines of all sizes. Billy is about 10 years old but don't be fooled into thinking he's an old man! He loves to play, particularly with pens when you're trying to write! He also loves catnip and will roll around for ages covering himself in it. Billy has had urinary problems and has had a cystotomy (bladder surgery to remove small stones). He needs a further operation to remove one remaining stone, this will be carried out in about a month. After this Billy will require a prescription diet but will otherwise be as good as new! Should he develop any further problems, they will be covered by The Home at a highly subsidised rate. Further information for potential adopters can be obtained from The Mayhew so please don't let his medical issues put you off. Billy is extremely loving and will be a fantastic cat for the right home - An ideal companion. Come and meet him in person! |
